First Easter Egg Hunt

Today after church was McKinley's 1st Easter Egg Hunt. It was pretty neat to see McKinley hunting eggs in the same field that his Mommy did when she was little.

Aunt Tammy and Uncle E came to watch us hunt eggs. Next year, Kate will be able to join in on the hunt. We are STILL waiting on Cousin Kate to make her grand arrival! Hopefully we will get to meet her this week!

Gam-ma Gross and McKinley have been practicing all week for the egg hunt. He knew exactly what to do today!

Spring Break 2006

McKinley and I have had a GREAT Spring Break (except for that brief moment when I almost eBayed him for a penny!) The week kind of started out rough. McKinley had a little stomach virus. After MANY diaper and outfit changes, things started to look up by Tueday! We both stayed in our pajamas ALL DAY! It was great! His new thing is scooting on his belly....backwards . He starts at one end of the room and scoots to the other! He thinks he is so funny!

We have spent the week watching Noggin on TV (especially his absolute favorites....Oobi, Zee and Moose A. Moose) and playing toys!

McKinley has also helped me clean! He is such good help!

We have spent alot of time outside. He loves being outside and especially Cooper! Cooper loves to play ball. He will roll the ball to McKinley for him to throw it. McKinley's idea of playing ball is taking the ball and walking off with it!

Trevor has gotten lots of attention this week too! Poor Trevor. The older McKinley gets the tougher Trevor's life gets! McKinley will not leave him alone. He is trying hard to say dog but has a distinct sound that we think means dog in baby jabber. McKinley will take Trevor's toys and torment him with them. Trevor doesn't have much to do with McKinley except at feeding time. Then they are best buds!

Sorry this is so long. I hope everyone has enjoyed the pictures of our week together! McKinley gets to be more and more fun everyday. I can only imagine what our summer is going to be like! I am closing with my favorite picture of the week.

Spring is Here!

Sorry it has been so long since we updated our blog. Everything is going well at the Gore house. McKinley and I are enjoying our Spring Break and we are anxiously awaiting the arrival of "Cousin Kate". Here are some pictures of our day! Enjoy!
