Day at the Fair

McKinley went to the fair yesterday. He was so excited and loved watching all the rides. He rode the Merry Go Round twice! Once with Mommy, Baby Kate and Aunt TT and once with Daddy!

The only game he could play was the duck game.....he did win a little rubber ducky for the tub!

Elmo Makes Music

We took McKinley to see "Elmo Makes Music" this morning. We had awesome seats! We were in the 3rd row. We were right by the stairs on the stage. All the characters kept stopping by the chairs to wave and see the kids! We had a great time!

It's a bird.......It's a plane.....It's SUPER MCKINLEY!!

(McKinley has been scared of the dark and scared to go to sleep at night....I thought "Super Hero" PJ's would make it better! I think Andy is mad that I could not get him matching ones! )

Back to School

Today was McKinley's first day of school. He was really excited when he woke up this morning. We packed his new school bag and packed his lunch in his new lunchbox. He was especially excited because he got to take his Thomas cup with him to school. Andy got to take and pick him up today. He said that he was a big boy and went right to his teachers and started playing this morning. (no tears.....yeah!) They said that he had a great day. I cannot wait to pick him up today and hear all about it!

McKinley and the Troublesome Trucks

For those of you that do not know......McKinley is obsessed with trains!

He wakes up in the morning asking to play trains, all we do is watch Thomas videos. We sing Thomas songs and we can name EVERY Thomas and friends character and train!

Well, for you non Thomas watchers, some of the trains on Thomas is the Troublesome Trucks. Last week McKinley and his Daddy went on a field trip to see the "Troublesome Trucks". He had a great time. I could not go because I had to work, but Andy sent me the pictures at work as a surprise. I printed the pictures for McKinley and made him a poster. He loved it so much that he slept with the poster that night!

Rhino and Horses

This is one of our favorite past times. We ride the rhino and pet the horses. McKinley especially likes to drive!
